Out of the box, the CD Training Block may feel a bit greasy due to the nature of 3D printing this material so use with chalk is recommended. The surfaces come textured and lightly sanded for high friction surface that does not wear the skin. Additionally, a small piece of sandpaper is included with each block to be able to adjust this surface if desired.
The options for the sling include no sling if you already have your own, 48" sling which is ideal for hanging dumbbells or other free weights, or 32" sling which works great for attaching to a weight pin.
